Evidence-Based Counselling for Sustainable Well-Being

My practice is grounded in current clinical research, neurodevelopmental science, and evidence-informed psychotherapy. With a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Master of Education (M.Ed.), and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), I bring a unique perspective shaped by expertise in neurodevelopment, education, and clinical practice.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation, and other mental health concerns. My background as an educator, combined with specialized training and clinical experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, informs a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that honours each person's unique experiences, values, and goals.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychoeducation, I work alongside clients to build practical strategies, foster self-understanding, and support meaningful change.
